Your responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor digital advertising strategies
- Set up and manage paid campaigns for Search/PMax (Google, Bing), Display & Video (Display, YouTube, Demand Gen) with the objective of customer satisfaction in terms of ROI
- Optimizing the website, SEO and CRO and non-paying channels such as Social, Email Marketing and CRM.
- Performing in-depth data analysis to gain insights and improve performance.
- Developing strategic recommendations for clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Staying up to date with developments in e-commerce and digital marketing and sharing knowledge
You hold regular meetings with (or at) the client to represent Dimaprom as a performance marketing expert. You reflect with them and search every day for new and innovative ways to grow their online business.
What is expected of you?
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Analytics, SEO and SEA and optionally in Social Advertising and Display & Video.
- You are an expert in Digital Marketing with a focus on Performance Marketing or want to become one
- Proven experience in managing advertising budgets and maximizing ROI.
- You like numbers, have strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing direction or equivalent through other studies and/or experience
- You are an excellent organizational talent and a born project manager
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You live a maximum of 45 minutes away from the beautiful co-working workplace Factory Botanics
What do we have to offer you?
- High demands require good remuneration, so we pay you correctly
- You preferably work as a self-employed freelancer, 3, 4 or 5 days a week depending on your preference.
- You work part-time from home and part-time at the beautiful co-working workplace Factory Botanics
- After a trial period of 3-6 months, there is the possibility of a permanent contract of indefinite duration.
